Over the past nine years D&O has worked in collaboration with organisational psychologist Linda Scott and Primed to bring internal strategy and culture change programs to life, and make them relevant to the people they actually impact. Often this involves taking the key objectives and turning them into a meaningful story, expressed through animation, written workbooks and visual ephemera. Organisations we’ve worked with include CSIRO, University of Technology Sydney, Queensland University of Technology, University of Newcastle and Brisbane Airport Corporation.
